Linklogis was founded in Shenzhen in February 2016 by senior executives with international backgrounds in finance and Internet under the support of Tencent and other early-stage shareholders. Linklogis was successfully listed on the main board of HKEX in April 2021. It was the first supply chain finance technology SaaS enterprise listed in China. The major shareholders of the Company include large domestic and international enterprises and financial institutions such as Tencent, CITIC Capital, Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), and Standard Chartered Bank. To date, Linklogis has ranked first in market share among third-party supply chain finance technology solution providers in China for six consecutive years.

Linklogis provides convenient and efficient supply chain finance technology services to anchor enterprises, their supply chain partners and financial institutions. As of the end of 2025, Linklogis had facilitated a cumulative supply chain asset volume of over RMB2.04 trillion and established partnerships with more than 3,500 anchor enterprises and financial institution partners. In 2025, Linklogis’ international business embarked on a new chapter with the official launch of its new global brand, Unloq. Guided by a core strategy centered on cross-border trade corridors, scenario-based finance and technology-driven risk management, Unloq is committed to building a cross-border digital supply chain finance platform with a global network and strong local execution capabilities. In line with this strategy, the company leveraged its cloud-native technology to launch the innovative SC+ Platform, designed to connect real-world global trade with digital finance. The core function of SC+ is to connect smart contracts with compliant digital payment instruments, creating a technology-driven solution for global trade finance. The platform is dedicated to building the next-generation digital infrastructure for global trade finance and addressing systemic challenges in cross-border trade, including credit verification, fund turnover, and clearing and settlement efficiency.
